Who we are
Tallbacka Lodging AB is a Carlson family run business within corporate accommodation. Our founder, Staffan Carlson, boasts a wealth of experience spanning decades in Sweden’s property and real estate markets. Notably, he initiated the establishment of Skandiamäklarna, a real estate brokerage, back in 1980, and it has since evolved into one of the country’s foremost brokerage chains. With his background in real estate and extensive industry knowledge, Staffan, along with his wife Eva and son Fredrik, recognized a burgeoning demand in the corporate housing sector. They also identified the challenges that companies encountered when accommodating their expatriate workforce in Swedish cities and urban areas.
